Integration success differs markedly
Beschreibung
"An analysis of employment rates of immigrants and natives in OECD countries reveals marked differences between countries. If one analyzes employment rates of immigrants relative to natives in the same country, the group of English speaking countries shows the smallest employment gap. This might be influenced by language reasons but also by relative rigid stance of social policy in most of these countries. (...) With respect to the employment rate by skill level, there appears to be a clear pattern: for immigrant and natives, the average employment rate increases with qualification."
