Kurzbeschreibung

This project forms part of an initiative that aims at analysing wage-inequality at the establishment (or firm) level within Europe. Based on administrative datasets, this project will contribute the corresponding Analysis for Germany. The first step will be to decompose wage inequality into a within-establishment and a between-establishment component. The results of this decompositon will then be compared between the participating countries. The second step will focus on the relationship of these components with several institutional factors.
