Kurzbeschreibung

The project studies the efficiency properties of the equilibria of matching models of the labour market under directed search in an environment with investments in human capital based on a two sector Roy’s model. The aim of the project is to improve the knowledge of heterogeneous labour markets and investment in human capital in an international environment.
