Effective Filtering in Self-Administered Surveys
Projektlaufzeit: 01.01.2012 bis 31.12.2012
Kurzbeschreibung
In the process of conducting the first wave of the Filterfragen study, in 2011, we developed many more hypotheses than we could test, and discovered additional filter question formats. We propose a series of quick and inexpensive web surveys using existing online panels, that will allow us to run additional experiments and test for mode effects.
We will explore how different operationalizations of burden, such as number of follow ups, monotony of follow ups, etc, can disrupt the filter format effects. In addition we will look at the complex How Many/Go Again questions which are commonly used by PASS and ALWA.
