Das Ziel dieses Projekts ist es, die Schnittstelle von Finanzdaten und Arbeitsmarktdaten zu analysieren. Insbesondere wollen wir beleuchten, wie IPOs die Organisation von Unternehmen beeinflussen. Darüber hinaus wollen wir die Lohnungleichheit innerhalb des Unternehmens analysieren.
Ziel
The goal of this project is to analyse the intersection of finance and labor. In particular, we want to shed light on how IPOs influence the organisation of firms. Furthermore, we want to analyze wage inequality within the firm.
