The most important elements of in-house networking are the interdisciplinary Working Groups which focus and coordinate topics that are of interest to several Research Departments at the same time. These Working Groups may be related to data sets or surveys, or may be tailored to suit a particular topic. Sometimes they are temporary while at other times they fulfil a long-term function for the Institute.
