Professional background

Max Kunaschk studied to obtain his bachelor's degree in Economics and American Studies from 2011 to 2014, and to obtain his master's degree in Labour Market and Human Resources from 2014 to 2017 at FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg (Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg). From 2017 to 2019, he held a scholarship in the Graduate Programme of the IAB (GradAB) and was a researcher in the Research Department “Education, Training, and Employment Over the Life Course“. Since December 2019, Mr Kunaschk has been a researcher in the Research Department “Active Labour Market Policies and Integration“. His research interests focus on the area of empirical labour economics, and include, in particular, the issues of inequality in the labour market and the effects of minimum wages.
