Re-entry into the labour market after a family related absence - A couple decision

Abstract
The research focuses on determinants which support the re-entry into the labor market of women after a family related absence based on partnership aspects. In this factorial survey, women and their partner are presented questions based on descriptions of a hypothetical job offer and they are asked under which condition they would accept the offer.
