Dr Stefan Zins

Professional background
Stefan Zins has been working as a senior researcher at the IAB since April 2019. He studied economics at the University of Trier. He then worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Economic and Social Statistics of Prof. Dr. Ralf Münnich at the University of Trier (2008-2013) and did his doctorate in statistics in 2015. From July 2013 to September 2016 he worked as a senior researcher at GESIS and was head of the Sampling Expert Panel of the European Social Survey. From October 2016 to March 2019 he headed the team Survey Statistics at GESIS.
