Viktoria Berger

Professional background
Viktoria Berger studied Sociology at Goethe University Frankfurt (Main) and at the University of Bamberg. She completed her master’s degree in 2024.
Since November 2024, she has been a research assistant at the Research Data Center (FDZ) of the Federal Employment Agency (BA) at the IAB. Since October 2025, she has also been a college member of the IAB graduate program.
Her research focuses on quantitative sociology, particularly on the topic of compatibility between work and family life.
