Abstract
The employees' skills that establishments need are determined, inter alia, through their own efforts in education and training. They differ according to sectors and company sizes.
The information provided by the establishments determines education and training company quotas and the reasons why establishment are not engaged in vocational training. The study provides information on the future development of education and the acquisition of education graduates.
In addition, the IAB establishment panel provides information on the operating range of training, the qualification-and gender training investments and the forms and reasons of training available. Analyzes deal with the determinants and the effects of training.
