Abstract

The aim of this project is to analyse the development of occupations. Specifically, it is to be analysed whether and to what extent the task content of occupations and the competencies required to carry out an occupation have changed. In future, the project is to be extended by looking at whether changes in tasks and/or competencies coincide with a a change in the characteristics of the people who are active in an occupation. The analysis is based on data from BERUFENET.
