Investigating the effects of 1-Euro-Jobs and the Hartz reforms from an entrepreneurial point of view

Project duration: 01.08.2005 to 31.12.2015

Abstract

With data from the German Job Vacancy Survey 2005 to 2012 this project evaluates in which firms One-Euro-Jobs are posted, which effects they have on the firm and its employees and how firms rate participants chances on the labour market.

Firms were also asked, whether the recent labour market reforms influence their recruitment processes and whether they experienced any changes in the profiles and behaviour of candidates, caused by those reforms.
