Professional background
Jana Voß is a research associate in the National Educational Panel Study (NEPS) project at the Institute for Employment Research (IAB). She studied sociology (M.A.) at the Otto Friedrich University in Bamberg with a focus on empirical education and labour market research. Her research is dedicated to the field of adult education – in particular, on the effects of digital and ecological transformation processes in the labour market on individual education and employment biographies.
