Professional background
Marta Mistela studied social sciences with a focus on intercultural communication at the IHI Zittau (Internationales Hochschulinstitut Zittau), where she subsequently worked as a researcher.
From July 2013 to December 2025, she was an employee at the IAB in the area Human Resources, Qualification and Infrastructure.
Since January 2026, Marta Mistela has been working as a specialist in the area Research-Focused Resource Management (WRM).
