Abstract

In 2023, IAB is taking part in the nationwide pilot project "Inclusion Guides: The innovative path to more diversity in the world of work" organized by Hildegardis-Verein e.V. Two advisors - students with disabilities - will accompany the IAB for a year on its journey as an inclusive employer and gain their own initial insights into the world of work. This includes revising job advertisements, evaluating application processes and looking at flexible working time models. The aim of the project is to create an inclusive working culture and to specifically focus on women with disabilities.
