Professional background
Pascal Heß is a member of the scientific staff at the Institute for Employment Research (IAB) and a PhD candidate at the Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market (ROA) at Maastricht University. He completed the bachelor's and master's programmes in European Economic Studies at the University of Bamberg. Before he joined ROA in 2020, Pascal Heß was already a research assistant at the IAB. His research interest mainly lies in the link between education and labour market outcomes. His current research focuses on policy evaluations and the school-to-work transitions.
