Professional background
Franziska Berger studied Social Work (B.A.) at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt. Afterwards, she worked for several years as an employment agent at the Jobcenter. While working, she completed the Master's programme in Psychosocial Counselling and Therapy (M.A.) at the University of Applied Sciences Fulda. Since May 2023 she has been working at the IAB.
