Abstract

The labour market situation of people without training up to the age of 35 in Hesse is to be analysed. An analysis with IEB data is planned. The periods of employment and unemployment are to be compared with the periods of people who have completed training. It will also be analysed whether people who have started but not completed training are still employed in the training company. The 2% sample will also be used to examine which further analyses, e.g. of socio-demographic references, could be promising.
