Abstract

The Corona crisis severely limited options for continuing professional development. The possibility of increasingly switching to digital learning opportunities during contact restrictions has cushioned larger slumps in continuing education participation until the summer of 2020. However, there are differences in participation in continuing education by sector and qualification level, as well as between fathers and mothers with more than one child.
