Abstract
"The study examines the use of personnel instruments and shows that nowadays, in comparison to 2008, companies are orientating themselves more to the needs of their employees. On the one hand they are making improved compatibility of professional life and a family possible and, on the other, are taking measures to keep their employees healthy. At the same time, more and more establishments are paying bonuses based on performance." (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku)
