Abstract

This Project deals with the employment biographies of low-skilled benefit recipients in North Rhine-Westphalia. In a first step sequence analysis is emplyoed in order to identify clusters of individuals whose employment histories are relatively comparable. The second step of the analysis aims at identifying individual and regional characteristics that influence the probability of belonging to a specific cluster.
