Abstract
On the basis of special questionings in the German Job Vacancy Survey it is examined, to what extent differences in job filling processes occur between companies who have arrived in the economy 4.0- world or expect this, and companies who see no connection with economy 4.0. Additionally, we analyse which occupations are mainly affected by digitalization regarding increasing demands on the flexibility of the employees, with respect to working time, working place and self-organization.
