Abstract

The project examines the extent of greening of jobs in recent years, and how this trend is connected with transitions due to technological change. Special attention is directed to regional employment disparities. The project uses linked administrative employment data, the expert database BERUFENET of the Federal Employment Agency and geographic data . Econometric analyses of this data allow to investigate the greening of jobs in Germany in detail and to analyze the connections between greening of jobs and technological change.
