Matching functions and the quality of jobs

Abstract
In the project "matching functions and the quality of jobs" we first develope some indicators for the quality of newly started jobs and then integrate these indicators in matching functions. Matching functions and the matching efficiency provide information on the time span an unemployed worker needs to fill a vacancy. Some possible dimensions of the job quality might be wages, wage inequality and job duration.
