Abstract

The research in Germany about the effects of benefits for people with disabilities concerning their (re-)integration into the labour market is only fragmentary so far. This project is supposed to close this gap in research. The aim of the project is a administrative data panel including all disabled participants of benefit-programs in the context of vocational rehabilitation of the Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit). The project shall analyze whether the data are adequate for purposes of effectiveness analysis and whether enough participants and control groups can be identified. A concept for further evaluation of the vocational rehabilitation process will be developed.
