Abstract

The need for skilled workers in the health occupations has been increasing for years. Due to demographic developments and changes in behavior, but also legal regulations, this event is likely to become more dramatic. How can these necessary needs be met? To achieve this, the health system must be equipped with specialists in the right number, with the right qualifications, in the right place and in the right composition.
