Abstract

Based on a selectivity analysis of career guidance in working life (BBiE), this project examines how the career prospects of the people advised in 2021 have developed by the end of 2022 (e.g. employment, career advancement or participation in subsidized further training). To make statements about the effects, we use matching methods to compare the employment biographies of those receiving advice with a reference group.
