Abstract

The cooperation project with BIBB aims to characterize training market regions. To this end, we compare the mobility behavior of trainees with that of all employees subject to social security contributions. In a next step, we compare and typify these training market regions using various contextual characteristics. As an example, we examine how the degree of technologization and other contextual variables are related to occupational aspirations and their realization.
