Abstract

In this project, we investigate whether and which establishments have invested in different types of digital technologies and training during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition to how these investments affected establishment-level outcomes, we aim to analyse the effects of the former on individual-level labour market biographies. The analysis is based on data from the IAB establishment survey "Establishments in the Covid-19 crisis" and the Integrated Employment Biographies of workers in the surveyed firms.
