Abstract

The project documents the extent of labor market concentration by occupation and labor market region in Germany in the context of a comparison of several OECD countries. Building on the concentration measures, we investigate whether there is an effect of labor market concentration on job qualitiy, with special reference to earnings. The analysis is based on data from the Employment History (BeH).
