Abstract

How do firms that had hired workers from the Western Balkan states in the past cope with the current crisis? Is the Western Balkan regulation (§ 26.2 German Employment Regulation), despite the crisis-related labour market disruptions, still of relevance? These are the guiding questions of the explorative project.
