Abstract

The junior research group "Occupations and Employment Trajectories" plans to hold the third workshop on the topic "Identifying worker and firm quality". This workshop focuses on a field of research that is highly relevant for IAB. Specifically, it addresses the measurement and analysis of worker- and establishment-specific wage components that are relevant for, among other things, questions related to the development of labour market inequality.
