Abstract

The demografic change is associated with a reduction of the working Age Population. In this Project a comparison of German and Dutch Establishments is performed. We aim to identify the effect of employment diversity that is aassumed to reduce the negative consequences of the demografic Change at  the Level of micro production Units.
