Abstract
IAB must be prepared for profound changes in the information and communication habits of its target groups in academic, professional and public circles, in the activities of competitors and in internal requirements. In addition, social media offer the Institute important added value in various fields of application. They supplement and extend the previous possibilities of information, communication and cooperation and are to be applied as part of the multichannel strategy of IAB.
