Abstract

The relevance of temporary work as well as its structure show significant regional disparities on the German labour market. In this context, and in view of the outstanding growth of the branch in recent years, the topic has become a relevant issue for regional labour market players and regional employment policy. In the project, we investigate the importance of the branch, the structure of the workforce and the characteristics of activities, all in accordance with regional aspects. In addition, it is essential to determine the factors that have an effect on the regional demand for temporary work.
