Abstract

In many industrialized countries, demographic change leads to an increasing demand for employees in healthcare and nursing professions. At the same time, the workforce is shrinking considerably, which means that major problems must be expected in filling vacancies now and in the future. Against this background, the project examines the labor market situation in the healthcare and nursing professions.
