Professional background
Irmgard Wolz completed her studies at the University of Applied Administrative Sciences in Mannheim with the degree in Public Administration (Dipl.-Verwaltungswirtin FH) between 1980 and 1983. From 1983 to 2003, she worked at the salary office and in the personnel department of the Federal Employment Agency (BA) headquarters. Further areas of her activity were the allowances office of the BA Service House, and the Data Protection unit of the BA headquarters. Since May 2008, Ms Wolz has been working for the IAB service department of Finances and Planning.
