Employee - Area Research-Focused Resource Management (WRM)

Professional background

Fabio Wex completed his Bachelor’s degree in Economics at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU).

Since 2019, he has been working in the WRM division (formerly PQI) within the

HR department of the IAB, holding various positions. Alongside his professional activities, he completed a Master’s degree in Economics at the FernUniversität in Hagen.

Following the completion of his Master’s degree, he assumed a managerial role

in Event Management at the IAB in 2022.
