Professional background
Up to 2004 Cerstin Rauscher studied applied mathematics, specializing in statistics and operations research with business economics as a subsidiary (Dipl.-Mathematikerin) at the Bergakademie Technical University in Freiberg. She worked in planning, preparation and introduction of SGB II at the administrative district office of Meißen, and operated there the social and youth support statistics from 2004 to 2005. Cerstin Rauscher has been on the technical staff of the Service Department "Data and IT-Management" since August 2005, at first .
