Professional background
After completing her training as a bank business management assistant and working in this profession from 2001 to 2004, Olga Mai-Aidinovich received her A-levels (Abitur). She attended the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and the University of Kansas (USA), where she majored in English/American studies and Economics (B.A.), as well as North American studies (M.A.). She joined the Service Department „Data and IT-Management” at IAB in 2012 and has been working at the Service Department “Finances and Planning” since October 2017.
