Vico Kutz

Professional background
Vico Kutz studied Economics at the University of Bayreuth and at the Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research from 2017 to 2022 as part of his bachelor's degree. He completed his master's degree in Labor Market and Human Resources at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg in 2024. Since 2024, he has been pursuing his doctorate as a scholarship holder within the joint graduate program of the IAB and University of Erlangen-Nuremberg (GradAB).
Since 2024, he has been a researcher at the IAB in the research department Establishments and Employment.
His research interests cover the fields of labor economics and personnel economics.
