Professional background
Sebastian Graube studied employment promotion at the Federal Employment Agency University in Schwerin from 2003 to 2006, graduating with a degree in administrative management (FH).
Until August 13, 2023, he worked as an employment agent in Lutherstadt Wittenberg in both SGB III and SGB II, mainly in the area of rehabilitation / severe disability.
From August 14, 2023 to February 28, 2024, he worked as the first specialist in the market and integration area in the Saxony-Anhalt-Thuringia regional directorate in Halle (Saale).
Since February 29, 2024, he has been working at the IAB in various projects as the first specialist (ProIAB).
