Labour market integration of long-term unemployed : organisation-related labour capacity as a factor in employability
Abstract
"Active labour market policies focus on enhancing the employability of unemployed as a key to successful labour market integration. We propose an extension of the concept of employability b.) the concept of organisation-related labour capacity. This concept, focusing on the subjective relation of individuals to workplace practices, allows for a differentiated further assessment as to how and why labour market integration can be successful and what effects different types of trainings have in respect to the organizational level. The results are based on a qualitative panel with long-term unemployed." (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku) ((en))
