"As part of the stakeholder consultation conducted by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Institute for Employment Research submitted comments on 20 November 2025 on the draft bill for a Thirteenth Act Amending Book Two of the Social Code and Other Acts. The individual amendments proposed in the legislative initiative are discussed in detail, situated within the context of the current state of research, and their potential effects are examined."
