Integrationspfade geflüchteter Frauen in Arbeitsmarkt und Gesellschaft

Abstract

"In 2016, the number of refugees in Germany reached its peak. Since then, the numbers have declined and the structure of the group of refugees has changed. As part of family reunification more and more women come from the crisis areas. The results of this study are based on the quantitative IABBAMF-SOEP survey of refugees and a qualitative preliminary study. The aim of the study is to analyze the determinants that promote or complicate the integration of refugee women in Germany. The findings show that refugee women have fewer networks outside the household, which are highly relevant for language acquisition and employment." (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku) ((en))
