Project duration: 01.07.2008 to 31.12.2011
Abstract
Qualitative accompanying evaluation of the Federal Employment Agency’s pilot project “Effective involvement of private labor market service providers” (§ 421i SGB III / Social Code Book III). The study addresses the following issues:
How do job-placement advisers at employment agencies on the one side and at private labor market service providers on the other side organize their work? How do they structure the interaction with clients in terms of a successful advisor-client-relationship? And how do the clients rate this?
The study aims at identifying successful practices of client-oriented job placement services and their respective organizational requirements. On the basis of the findings recommendations are deduced for good practice in the field of job placement services of unemployed persons for three different categories of clients of the Federal Employment Agency’s system.
