Abstract

The project aims at analyzing the possibilities and risks regarding the implementation of a potentially perpetual wage benefit according to §16e SGB II (German Social Code) in different regions of the federal state of North Rhine Westfalia. The problems of the different stakeholders at the regional employment centres, the employing enterprises as well as the employees will be focused in the course of the project.
