Abstract

The project analyzes entries of receipients of unemployment benefits into active labor market programs before and after the labor market reform Hartz IV. The reform has shortened the duration of benefit receipt considerably. The question arises if certain measures have gained importance while others have been more or less abolished. Furthermore, changes in the duration of measures will be investigated.
