Abstract

Vocational counseling in working life (BBiE) - provided by the Federal Employment Agency - supports working people in their vocational (re)orientation. The project examines which individuals used the counseling service in 2021 and which companies they came from. A comparison is also made with the respective population (selectivity analysis).
